Mince or food process the onion, carrot, brussels sprouts, and garlic.
Add in ground turkey, egg, ricotta, and baby oatmeal.
(Optional) Add in a pinch of paprika and black pepper.
Mix!
Portion into balls on a greased baking tray. I used olive oil and made ~1.5” balls.
Bake until internal temperature reaches 165F, around 25-30 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs. Serve in an age-appropriate format for your baby.
Notes
• To make egg-free, use a flax “egg” • To make dairy-free, omit the cheese or use a vegan substitute (watch the sodium if making for baby)
