Avocado-Yogurt Egg Salad
A healthy alternative to traditional egg salad that's also great for babies and toddlers!

- 3 eggs hard boiled
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/8 cup Greek yogurt
- 1-2 kale leaves optional
- paprika optional
In a bowl, use a fork the smash the eggs into small pieces.
Add in the avocado and mash until smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
Optional add-ons: add some finely chopped steamed kale and top with paprika or your spices of choice!
