Drain tofu and pat dry. Cut the tofu into cubes (or strips for younger babies).
Add oil to a pan and cook the tofu on low-medium heat, a few minutes per side. You don't want the tofu to be crispy since we are serving it to baby; we are going for cooked through and barely starting to yellow.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and 1-2 tsp of water. You can gently heat it in the microwave to help it mix better.
Add the thinned peanut butter to the pan and coat the tofu. If the sauce is too watery, cook for a little longer until it thickens. Enjoy!
Notes
Chunks of nut butter are a choking hazard, so please make sure the peanut sauce is thinned and/or there is only a thin layer on the tofu.
