Banana Roll-Ups

Tasty rolls made with banana, peanut butter, wrapped in a homemade pancake. Baby-friendly with no added sugar or salt.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 20 g flour
  • 1/2 banana medium
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural
  • 1 tbsp water or milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg in a medium bowl. Add in liquid (water or milk) and flour. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture in an oiled, non-stick pan on medium-low heat. Cook the pancake on both sides until light golen-brown, around 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Spread peanut butter on one side.
  • Add the banana in the middle of the pancake, roll it up, and cut into age-appropriate pieces. Enjoy!
